The acquisition extends National Datacare’s platform into admissions, the first step in every resident's journey, and connects it with resident financial management for long-term care providers.
Since 1981, National Datacare has partnered with financial institutions and care providers to streamline resident financial administration, improve cash flow, reduce bad debt, and support regulatory compliance. Reside Admissions adds capabilities at the point of inquiry, referral, screening, and admission.
The combination is intended to connect intake and enrollment with resident funds, direct deposit, Medicaid and Medicare billing, and payment management, reducing handoffs and duplicate work for nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other care providers.
